Accreditation Services - A Unique DEI Program

Our unique DEI accreditation process is an engaging, educational and valuable process that can lead to a simple, valuable and rewarding accreditation process that is not offered anywhere else consisting of three core facets…

Core 1 - Self Study - Online Course

We are proud of our work in helping schools develop and review their DEI policies and practices. Core 2 - Formal Review and Assessment

Following a formal review and program assessment, our team will visit your school to ensure that all of the policies and practices are being implemented. Our team will then adopt a 360-degree approach and assess all policies and practices with respect to DEI therein

Core 3 - Setting Your Goals and Hitting Them

In order to ensure that your DEI program goals are consistently being met going forward, our team and yours establish a three-stage process designed to support accreditation including consistent communication and critical feedback, specific goal setting practices as well as establishing regular check-ins to ensure that your DEI goals are being met.
