Rahshiene Taha is an executive leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations unlock growth by connecting culture, consumers, and business strategy. Throughout his career, Rahshiene has helped iconic brands, Fortune 500 companies, and mission-driven organizations strengthen existing businesses, expand into new categories, launch new ventures, and identify new opportunities for growth. He helps organizations translate cultural and consumer insights into marketing strategies, commercial opportunities, and long-term business value.

His executive experience spans VF Corporation (Vans, Timberland & The North Face), the Obama Foundation, Live Nation Entertainment, Nike, and Anomaly, where he has led enterprise marketing, category expansion, commercialization, strategic partnerships, business development, and go-to-market initiatives.

Rahshiene is passionate about helping organizations navigate change, build meaningful connections with communities, and create sustainable growth by bringing together strategy, marketing, culture, and innovation. He believes education plays a critical role in expanding opportunity and developing the next generation of leaders.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University, where he was a President’s Scholar, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. His board and nonprofit leadership includes service with the Smithsonian Institution Los Angeles Regional Council, SoLa I CAN Foundation, Stanford National Black Alumni Association, and the Mural, Music & Arts Project. He also served as Executive Sponsor of Live Nation’s Black Employee Resource Group.

Outside of work, Rahshiene enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and remains committed to advancing education, culture, and community through board service and civic engagement.
