Christina Jacke is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Capital Group, a leading global asset manager. In her role, she focuses on early career recruiting and program development, with strategic emphasis on building a diverse and inclusive pipeline of future talent.

Prior to joining Capital Group, Christina held a range of roles at Marriott International across Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, D.C. Her work there centered on operations and event management, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale program execution. She has over 10 years of experience spanning recruiting, workforce strategy, and high-impact programming.

Christina is deeply passionate about Private School Axis and its mission to expand access to private school education. Aligned with her work at Capital Group, she is intentional about creating equitable opportunities and increasing exposure—particularly for underrepresented communities. She believes access and representation are critical to long-term success and social mobility.

Christina earned her undergraduate degree in Communications from Howard University. She is also a proud mother of three—Cru and twins Carter and Collin.
